Responsibilities

  • Well-trained manpower is provided as well as Adequate manpower is maintained without any deviations as per Work Order.
  • Weekly fortnightly review meetings are conducted to all department staff and given proper SOP training and Safety trainings every month first week, SOP PPT is made and provided to client.
  • Planning and coordinating administration procedures and systems way to streamline process.
  • Managing monitoring all sections & Monthly review meetings are conducted to management staff for better administration.
  • Monitor works of operations through CCTV and do surprise checks as part of surveillance.
  • Staff performance reports are maintained from all factions and given gratitude letters for better motivation.
  • Maximum administration efficiency is maintained in all departments.
  • Maintain good communication with lower and higher staff for good teamwork, at the same time maintained cordial relationship with local authorities and relevant Govt departments for smooth administration.
  • Intime Reports and replies are given to client without any deviations.
  • Continuously monitor out stretch. If any parallel routes are created, those routes are closed on priority basis, which are escaped by Road User to avoid the toll payments.
  • Incident Management, Routine maintenance and Repair works are maintained as per IRC and CA standards without any grievances from NHAI and client.
  • CSR activities are maintained.
  • Everyday Planned daily program report is provided to Client for their prior notice.
  • Safety awareness programs are conducted frequently with staff and make them given demonstration to workers and commuters and PPTs are prepared and submitted to Client.
  • Provided Better services to Client as well as Commuters.
